Entire Agreement
These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and TAXNETA regarding the Service.
Client Responsibility and Decision-Making
Upon purchasing a personalized tax roadmap from TAXNETA, the client (You) acknowledges and agrees that the decision to implement any part of the roadmap is solely yours. TAXNETA provides the roadmap as a tool for education and guidance. The choices you make and actions you take based on this roadmap are completely at your discretion.
You understand and agree that TAXNETA is not responsible or liable for any actions you take or decisions you make based on the roadmap provided. Our role is to furnish you with information and strategies; however, the execution of these strategies and the outcomes thereof are your sole responsibility. TAXNETA will not be held accountable for any direct or indirect consequences that arise from your implementation of the roadmap.
Refund Policy
Upon engaging TAXNETA's services for a personalized tax roadmap, the following refund policy applies:

Eligibility for Full Refund: Customers are eligible for a full refund if they choose to cancel their service prior to the commencement of the roadmap process.

Commencement of Roadmap Process: The roadmap process is considered to have commenced when the initial consultation is completed or when the preliminary tax roadmap plan is delivered to the customer, whichever occurs first.

No Refund After Commencement: Once the roadmap process has started, the service is considered as having been provided, and the sale is complete. From this point onwards, no refunds will be granted.
By accepting these Terms of Use, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
